Order Cancellation Policy

We start processing orders quickly to get your gear out fast. You can request a cancellation before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellation isn’t guaranteed; after shipment, orders can’t be canceled.

When can I cancel?

Cancellation options by order status

How to request a cancellation

• Subject line: Cancel Order #[your order number]
• Include: your full name, order number, and whether you want a full or partial cancellation (specify the items/size).
• Use the same email address used at checkout when possible.

We’ll confirm by email after we check your order status. Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation if processing has already begun.

Refunds after cancellation

• Refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card via Stripe, or Airwallex).
• If your payment is still an authorization hold, we’ll request a void; if it has captured, we’ll issue a refund.
• Your bank or payment provider controls when funds become available.

Order changes

We’re not able to edit items, sizes, or shipping addresses once an order is placed. If you need a change, request a cancellation and place a new order. If we can’t cancel in time, the original order will proceed.

Partial cancellations and multi-item orders

We can cancel individual items that have not yet entered processing. Items already processing or shipped will continue.

Notes

• For security reasons, we can discuss cancellations only with the purchaser of record.
• We may cancel and refund orders that cannot be verified or are flagged by our fraud screening.
