2. Cancellation Window

6. Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

In this case, you may wait for the package to arrive and then request a return under our Return & Refund Policy, provided the item meets return eligibility requirements.

8. Product Availability After Changes

If you request to change the size, color, or item in your order, the requested replacement must be available at the time of review.

9. Price Differences

If an approved change results in a price difference, our support team will provide instructions.

10. Duplicate Orders

Once the duplicate order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.

11. Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery is not considered a valid cancellation method.
