We start processing orders quickly to get your gear out fast. You can request a cancellation before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellation isn’t guaranteed; after shipment, orders can’t be canceled.

We’ll confirm by email after we check your order status. Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation if processing has already begun.
We’re not able to edit items, sizes, or shipping addresses once an order is placed. If you need a change, request a cancellation and place a new order. If we can’t cancel in time, the original order will proceed.
We can cancel individual items that have not yet entered processing. Items already processing or shipped will continue.
