Streetcorewear Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

1. Policy Philosophy

At Streetcorewear, we pride ourselves on our rapid fulfillment system designed to get your women's clothing orders into transit as quickly as possible. Because our internal team begins the handling process shortly after an order is authorized, there is a very narrow window of time during which an order can be canceled or modified. This policy outlines the specific requirements and timelines necessary to request a change to your purchase.

2. The Critical Modification Window

The ability to cancel or change an order is strictly dependent on whether the order has entered the "Processing" or "Shipped" status.

Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily cut-off is 5:00 PM Alaska Standard Time (AKST), Monday through Friday.

The Golden Rule: All requests for cancellations or modifications must be received via email at [email protected] before the order has been processed for shipment.

3. Cancellation Requests

If you change your mind shortly after placing an order, you may request a full cancellation.

Before Processing: If your request reaches our support team before the items have been picked, packed, or assigned a shipping label, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After Processing: Once a shipping label has been generated or the package has been handed over to our carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), the order cannot be canceled. In this instance, you must wait for the package to arrive and then follow our 60-Day Return Policy to return the items for a refund.

4. Changing Your Order (Size, Color, or Style)

We understand that choosing the perfect piece of apparel can be difficult. If you need to change the size, color, or specific item in your order:

Contact Support Immediately: Email [email protected] with your order number and the specific change requested.

Inventory Check: We will verify if the new item/size is in stock.

Limitations: If the order has already moved into the fulfillment phase (1-3 days handling period), we cannot swap items. If we are unable to change the item in time, we recommend accepting the delivery and utilizing our free return process to exchange the item or receive a refund.

5. Shipping Address Modifications

Accurate delivery is our priority. However, for security reasons and to prevent fraudulent diversions, we can only modify shipping addresses under strict conditions:

Minor Corrections: We can often correct typos (e.g., changing "Stret" to "Street") if notified immediately.

Complete Rerouting: If you need to change the delivery to an entirely different city or state, we may be required to cancel the original order and have you place a new order with the correct billing and shipping details to comply with payment processor security protocols.

Post-Dispatch: Once a package is in the possession of USPS, UPS, or FedEx, Streetcorewear is entirely unable to change the delivery address. You may attempt to contact the carrier directly via their respective "Delivery Manager" or "Intercept" tools, though fees may apply from the carrier.

6. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally placed an order twice, please contact us immediately. We will cancel the duplicate transaction and ensure you are only charged once, provided the duplicate has not yet entered the shipping phase.

7. Refund Process for Cancellations

When an order is successfully canceled before shipping:

  • A full refund (including the $6.99 shipping fee) is triggered immediately.
  • A notification email will be sent to confirm the cancellation.
  • Funds typically appear back on your statement within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

8. Refusal of Delivery

Please note that "Refusing Delivery" at your doorstep is not considered a valid form of cancellation. Refused packages are subject to longer transit times back to our facility and may result in a delay in your refund. We strongly advise accepting the package and contacting us for a pre-paid return label instead.
