Orders
- How do I place an order? Choose your size and color, add to cart, then checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email right away.
- Can I change or cancel my order? If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually help. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order is shipped, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.
- I didn’t get my confirmation email. Check your spam folder and verify your email address. If it’s missing, contact support and we’ll resend it.
Sizing & Fit
- Where do I find size info? A size guide or fit notes are included on most product pages. If you’re between sizes or unsure, email us with your measurements for a recommendation.
- How should I care for my items? Always follow the care label inside your garment for best results.
Shipping & Delivery
- How much is shipping? Standard shipping is $6.99 per order.
- How long will it take? We typically process orders within 1 business day. Transit time is estimated at 2–5 business days once shipped. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.
- Do you offer expedited shipping? Not at this time. Standard shipping is offered at checkout.
- Where do you ship? We ship to locations shown as available at checkout.

Tracking
- How do I track my order? A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to start updating.
- My tracking hasn’t updated. Carriers sometimes batch-scan. If there’s no movement for several business days, contact us and we’ll check with the carrier.
- My package says delivered but I can’t find it. Please check with neighbors and any alternate drop spots first. If you still can’t locate it, email us so we can help start a trace with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
- How do I start a return? Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason. We’ll reply with next steps and return instructions.
- Condition requirements Items should be in original condition. If an item is labeled as final sale on its product page, it is not eligible for return.
- Exchanges Availability can change quickly. The fastest way is to request a return and place a new order for the item you want.
- Return shipping Details (including the return address and any applicable shipping costs) are provided when your return is authorized.
Refunds
- How are refunds issued? After we receive and review the return, approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method.
- When will I see my refund? Processing times vary by bank or payment provider. Most refunds appear a few business days after approval. We’ll email you as soon as your refund is processed on our end.
- What about shipping fees? Any non-refundable charges will be clearly stated in your return authorization.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- What if there’s a problem with my order? If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, email us promptly with photos and your order number. We’ll review and provide a solution, which may include a replacement, a refund, or other remedy.
