Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is a flat $6.99 per order.

From order to delivery

Order placed	Day 0	We confirm your order by email immediately after checkout.
Processing	Within 1 business day	Your order is prepared, packed, and a shipping label is created. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Transit	2–5 business days	Carrier picks up your package. Tracking events begin updating after the first scan.
Delivery	Varies by carrier route	Delivered to your address. The carrier’s tracking page will show “Delivered.”

Estimated total time from order to delivery: typically 3–6 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Tracking your order

• As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
• Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show the first scan after you receive your number.

Split shipments

To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no additional cost beyond the standard $6.99 shipping fee charged at checkout. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Address changes and order edits

• If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
• We can make changes only before your order has shipped. After dispatch, we are unable to reroute packages.

Undeliverable or refused packages

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it to a corrected address for an additional $6.99 shipping fee.
• If you prefer not to reship, we can cancel the order upon its return and issue a refund for the item(s) only; the original $6.99 shipping fee is non-refundable.

Delivery issues

• If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with household members and neighbors and allow 24 hours. Then contact us.
• If your order appears stalled in transit for more than 7 business days beyond the estimate, reach out and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Peak periods and holidays

During major holidays, sale events, or severe weather, processing and transit times may be extended. We appreciate your patience—our team will keep you updated by email if we spot unusual delays.
