Streetcorewear Intellectual Property (IP) Rights and Claims Policy

1. Intellectual Property Philosophy

Streetcorewear, accessible at https://streetcorewear.shop, is a brand built on creativity, original design, and the curation of high-quality women's clothing. We hold the intellectual property rights of creators, designers, and brand owners in the highest regard. We are committed to maintaining a marketplace that respects these rights and operates in full compliance with international intellectual property laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

This policy outlines our procedures for addressing claims of intellectual property infringement. Whether you are a copyright owner, a trademark holder, or an authorized agent, this document provides the necessary framework to report any content on our Site that you believe infringes upon your proprietary rights.

2. Statement of Ownership

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all materials featured on the Streetcorewear website—including but not limited to text, women's apparel designs, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—are the exclusive property of Streetcorewear or its content suppliers. These materials are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws. The unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or display of our proprietary content is strictly prohibited.

3. Copyright Infringement Claims (DMCA Notice)

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via Streetcorewear, please notify our designated Intellectual Property Agent. To ensure your claim is processed with the necessary legal rigor, your "Notice of Infringement" must be a written communication that includes the specific elements detailed in the table below.

4. Trademark Infringement Claims

Streetcorewear also respects the rights of trademark owners. If you believe that your trademark, service mark, or trade dress is being used on our Site in a manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers as to the source, origin, or sponsorship of women's clothing items, please submit a formal Trademark Infringement Claim.

Your trademark notice should include:

  • The specific trademark being infringed.
  • The registration number (if applicable) and the jurisdiction of registration.
  • The specific products or URLs on our Site that are utilizing the mark.
  • An explanation of how the use of the mark is infringing or causing confusion.

5. Procedure for Processing IP Claims

Upon receipt of a valid and complete Notice of Infringement, Streetcorewear will take the following professional actions:

  • Expedited Review: Our legal and compliance team will review the claim within 48 to 72 business hours.
  • Removal or Disabling of Access: If the notice meets the requirements of the DMCA or trademark law, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notification to the Uploader: We will notify the party responsible for the content that we have removed or disabled access to the material.
  • Documentation: A record of the claim and the subsequent action will be maintained in our internal legal archives.

6. Counter-Notification (Due Process)

Streetcorewear believes in fairness and due process. If content you provided to the Site was removed and you believe this was done in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification to our Intellectual Property Agent.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Streetcorewear has adopted a strict policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users, contributors, or accounts who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

8. Limitation of Liability Regarding Third-Party Content

Streetcorewear serves as a platform for women's fashion and, in certain capacities, may host content or imagery provided by third-party vendors or affiliates.
