We offer secure, straightforward checkout using trusted payment partners. Your payment is processed when you place your order.

Accepted payment options

Airwallex	STREETCOREWEAR.SHOP or AIRWALLEX	Depending on region and currency, your card payment may be routed via Airwallex.

Checkout security

• Secure encryption (TLS) protects your information during checkout.
• Payments are processed by reputable partners (PayPal, Stripe, Airwallex). We do not see or store complete card numbers or CVV codes.
• Your bank may require additional verification (e.g., SMS code or app approval) for extra protection.
• If a security or verification check fails, the order will not be completed and no successful charge will be taken.

If your payment is declined or fails

Common reasons for failed payments include incorrect details, insufficient funds, bank security blocks, or failing a verification step.

1. Double-check your details: card number, expiry, CVC, billing name, and address.
2. Try another method: a different card or PayPal.
3. Complete any bank verification prompts (e.g., 3D Secure).
4. Contact your bank to approve the transaction, then try again.
5. Still stuck? Email [email protected] with your name, the attempted order time, and any error message.

Important: If you see a pending authorization after a failed attempt, it should automatically fall off by your bank within a few business days. We cannot speed this up, but your bank can provide timing details.

Charges and refunds

• Orders are charged when you place the order and receive confirmation.
• Any refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or PayPal.
• Your bank or provider may apply their own fees or exchange rates, which are outside our control.
