DMCA / Copyright Notice & Takedown Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. STREETCOREWEAR.SHOP operates a practical notice-and-takedown procedure modeled on common industry standards (including DMCA-style practices). This page explains how to report alleged copyright infringement and how to submit a counter notice if you believe a removal was in error.

Scope

This policy covers content hosted or displayed by STREETCOREWEAR.SHOP, including product images, lookbooks, blog content, and user-submitted materials such as reviews or photos.

Designated Contact

Copyright Agent: IP Team, STREETCOREWEAR.SHOP
Email: [email protected]

We accept notices in English by email only. Please send plain text or PDF attachments. For security reasons, we do not open archive or executable attachments.

How to Send a Valid Copyright Notice

If you believe material on our site infringes your copyright, your notice should include all of the following:

  1. Your full name, company (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim are infringed. If multiple works are covered, you may provide a representative list.
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on our site (full URLs are best). Describe the content clearly so we can locate it.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable).
  7. What action you request (for example, “remove these images” or “disable access to this page”).

Send your notice to [email protected] with the subject line: Copyright Notice.

Important: Submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith notices may have legal consequences. Only submit a notice for material you genuinely believe infringes your copyright.

Formatting Tips

  • Include direct, non-shortened URLs and screenshots if helpful.
  • If an image appears in multiple product listings, identify each relevant URL.
  • Use one email thread per report category to help track status.

What Happens Next

Step What we do Typical timing
Receipt Confirm we received your notice and check it for completeness. Within 2–3 business days
Review Evaluate the claim and locate the material. We may contact you for clarification. Typically 3–7 business days
Action If the claim appears plausible and sufficiently detailed, we may remove or disable access to the content while we notify the uploader/merchant. As soon as practicable after review
Notice to uploader Forward your notice (including your contact details) to the uploader so they may respond or file a counter notice. Promptly after action
Resolution If we receive a complete counter notice, we will forward it to you and may restore the content unless we receive notice of a legal action from you within a reasonable period. Typically 10–14 business days after counter notice

Timeframes are estimates and may be longer for complex or high-volume matters.

Counter Notice (for the Uploader)

If your content was removed or disabled and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notice. Your counter notice must include:

  1. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location (URL) where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to receive further communications regarding this matter and agree to accept service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable).

Send your counter notice to [email protected] with the subject line: Counter Notice.

Upon receipt of a complete counter notice, we will share it with the complainant. Unless we are informed of a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement within a reasonable time (typically 10–14 business days), we may restore the material in our discretion.

Repeat Infringement

We may, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate accounts, remove listings, or restrict services for users who are found to be repeat infringers or who repeatedly submit infringing content.

Privacy and Transparency

  • We typically share complete notices and counter notices—including contact information—with the affected party.
  • We may request additional details to verify claims.
  • We keep records of notices and actions taken for audit and compliance purposes.

Non-Copyright Issues

For trademarks, privacy, or other legal concerns, email [email protected] with a clear description and supporting documentation. Different standards may apply.

General Notes

  • This page is informational and not legal advice.
  • We handle notices in good faith and in our reasonable discretion.
  • Knowingly submitting false claims or counter claims may carry legal consequences.
