Streetcorewear Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

1. Introduction and Scope

Streetcorewear (accessible at https://streetcorewear.shop) is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of creators and copyright owners. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we have implemented the following procedures to address claims of copyright infringement. This policy applies to all content hosted on our platform, including women's apparel designs, photographic imagery, text, and multimedia content.

Our objective is to provide a transparent and efficient mechanism for copyright holders to protect their creative works while ensuring due process for our contributors and customers.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that any material on our Site infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written notification pursuant to the DMCA. Your notice must include substantially the following information to be legally valid:

Upon receipt of a compliant and facially valid DMCA notice, Streetcorewear will take the following actions: Expeditious Removal of the material; Notification of User who provided the content; and Record Keeping of all notices for a minimum of three years.

5. Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake, you may file a Counter-Notification including: Your Signature, Identification of the removed material, a Statement Under Penalty of Perjury, and Consent to Jurisdiction (Anchorage, Alaska for international addresses).

6. Restoration of Content

We will replace the removed material in no less than 10 and no more than 14 business days following receipt of the counter notice, unless we receive notice of a court action seeking to restrain the uploader from infringing activity.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

Streetcorewear will terminate the access privileges of any user repeatedly found to be a source of infringing content (defined as three or more valid notices within a 12-month period).

8. Liability for Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be held liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

9. Policy Updates and Compliance

Streetcorewear reviews this DMCA policy annually to ensure alignment with U.S. Copyright Office regulations. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
