Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in every piece you order. If something isn’t right, most new, unused fashion items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please request a Return Authorization (RA) before sending anything back.

Costs and how refunds work

  • Return shipping: You are responsible for return postage unless we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged/defective.
  • Original shipping fees: Non‑refundable unless we made an error or the item is defective.
  • Refund method: To the original payment method only. We can issue store credit on request.
  • Exchanges: If your requested size/color is out of stock, we’ll offer alternatives, store credit, or a refund.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you want to return or exchange, and the reason. For defective/damaged items, include clear photos of the issue and the packaging.
  2. Wait for your RA and return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
  3. Pack items securely with original tags and packaging. Remove or cover old labels.
  4. Ship with a trackable service and keep your receipt/tracking number until your refund or exchange is completed.
  5. We’ll confirm receipt, inspect the item(s), and process your refund or dispatch your exchange.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Report any issues within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by covering return shipping and offering a replacement or a refund (including your original shipping fee, if charged).

Condition guidelines

  • Items must be free from wear, wash, odors, stains, pet hair, and alteration.
  • All original tags, accessories, and branded packaging must be included.
  • Trying on is fine—please do so indoors and avoid makeup, fragrance, or deodorant transfer.

Gift returns

If you received a gift, we can issue store credit to you after the return is approved. Please provide the order number, or the purchaser’s name and email to help us locate the order.

Important notes

  • Unauthorized or late returns may be rejected or returned to sender.
  • We aren’t responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit; please use a tracked service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the policy conditions.
