This 60-day period commences on the exact date the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) records the package as "Delivered" to your address. To be eligible for a return, the request must be initiated or the package postmarked within this 60-day timeframe. Any requests made after this period will, unfortunately, not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

4. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To maintain the high standards of our collection and ensure the hygiene and quality of our inventory for all customers, we require that returned women's clothing meets the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: Items must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Tags and Packaging: All original brand tags, size labels, and hygiene seals must remain securely attached to the garment.
  • No Alterations: Items that have been tailored, hemmed, or altered in any way cannot be accepted.
  • Cleanliness: Items must be free from makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, pet hair, or any smoke odors.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any administrative or restocking fees for processing your return.

Free Return Shipping: Streetcorewear covers the cost of return transportation. When your return is authorized, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you.

6. The Step-by-Step Return Process

  2. Authorization: Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours. Once approved, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form via email.
  3. Prepare the Package: Place the item securely in its original packaging (or a similarly protective mailer). Include the RMA form inside the package to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order immediately.
  4. Affix Label and Ship: Attach the pre-paid label to the exterior of the package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed. Drop the package off at the designated carrier location (USPS, UPS, or FedEx as indicated on the label).
  5. Tracking: We recommend retaining the drop-off receipt provided by the carrier for your records until your refund has been fully processed.

7. Refund Processing and Timeline (12 Days)

Once your return package arrives at our Anchorage facility, it undergoes a formal quality control inspection. This process ensures the items meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 4.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

9. Exchanges

10. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items are strictly non-returnable: Final Sale items (specifically marked on the product page), Intimate apparel or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed, and Gift cards.

11. Order Cancellations
